hey man, i feel ur pain buddy, i damaged my back in Thailand approx 8 weeks ago, since getting home to Scotland i have established i have a problm at L4/5 and its sucks badly! sciatica pain and motor loss in legs!! how you doing now, any improvment/prognosis?
