It's just called "The Castle Theme." You can hear the whistling bit played very quietly under the "There's two kinds of people" naration at the beginning, and then they play the little guitar riff right before the first commercial break. They play the whole thing on the closing credits, assuming you're somewhere that actually RUNS closing credits without yacking on 'em anymore (Try Hulu) I agree, though, it's great!
