I love the Stormtroopers...and yes, they are different then the clone troopers. Clones alone were used in the Clone-Wars, but in the Empire, their small numbers were supplemented by trained troops. They were extremely humanist, but had both genders in service.

This is an excellent piece, and I love how unlike the official movies the ships aren't all oriented to the same "up/down" plane. There is no up or down in space.
All in all, I think I like this version of Star Wars better than the official stuff. It's got a lot less retarded shit, a bit more 'serious' feel, and it's more aesthetically pleasing.

Damn its the F*cking best Fanmovie ever made of Star Wars. Not only the rendered scenes, but also the plot, which is funny and well thought, in my opinion makes this one to a possible Conclusion to the Saga.

Its more that style, like they use in I.M.P.S with real actors and rendered scenes that is the perfect mix for a successful TV- Show in my eyes. Look at Stargate Atlantis, SGA or others. They are the best proof for it:)
For me, the originaly trilogy + EU starting with Zahn is canon for me (not counting Shadows of the Empire - wth?)
The Clone Wars and Pre-Trilogy have so many holes in them I can barely watch that stuff. However, the Clone Commando series of books is just excellent, so I consider those to be canon.
TIE Fighter wasnt done before parts of the EU. There were EU books right from the start in the 1970ties. But what would become the modern EU was started by Timothy Zahn with the Thrawn Trilogy - guess where TIE Fighter got that character from. But in all honesty, does it realy matter what is canon and what not? For many old SW fans its only the Original trilogy. For many that became fans with the TV reruns and the books of the early ninetees, its the O-Trilogy + those initial books.

@laptopdragon A because female troopers existed but were very rare, on board that Dreadnaught class star destroyer there are around 38000 soldiers alone... we saw 3 females... so yes the imperials had female soldiers but it was harder for females to make the cut, and B: probly because she was bored haha

Damn its the F*cking best Fanmovie ever made of Star Wars. Not only the rendered scenes, but also the plot, which is funny and well thought, in my opinion makes this one to a possible Conclusion to the Saga.
I would love to see a Series like this in TV on SciFi ;).

@francistard Damn right. The animated series Clone Wars is not my kind of favourite series. Its more that style, like they use in I.M.P.S with real actors and rendered scenes that is the perfect mix for a successful TV- Show in my eyes. Look at Stargate Atlantis, SGA or others. They are the best proof for it:)

For me, the originaly trilogy + EU starting with Zahn is canon for me (not counting Shadows of the Empire - wth?)
The Clone Wars and Pre-Trilogy have so many holes in them I can barely watch that stuff. However, the Clone Commando series of books is just excellent, so I consider those to be canon.

TIE Fighter wasnt done before parts of the EU. There were EU books right from the start in the 1970ties. But what would become the modern EU was started by Timothy Zahn with the Thrawn Trilogy - guess where TIE Fighter got that character from. But in all honesty, does it realy matter what is canon and what not? For many old SW fans its only the Original trilogy. For many that became fans with the TV reruns and the books of the early ninetees, its the O-Trilogy + those initial books.
