I wish I liked tomatoes...because this sounds and looks like SUCH a great recipe! Maybe i will make this and substitute the tomatoes for some other veggie! I wish i wasn't so picky about my veggies lol

I love this recipe using green / red peppers and courgettes. That way you don't need the tomatoes :-)

It does look awesome Jess. I might try adding some onion or garlic, and maybe marinating the tomatoes in vinegar. Maybe. But it looks awesome your way too. Oh and to jewhannah, I'm pretty sure Jess's accent is french. I only wish I learned the language in school. I guess it's never too late. :-)

I took your advice and baught Ezekial wheat bread.....BIG MISTAKE. That stuff is dry hard and even harder to chew and swallo. Even when I nuke it for like twelve seconds it still stays hard. Dont worry I still luv ya. Just not Ezek . bread.
