I'd certainly put Washington (Ohio State, Boise State, Syracuse), La Tech (Cal, Mississippi, LSU), Notre Dame (GT, Penn State, Michigan, Michigan St, Purdue, UCLA, BC, USC, Navy, AF, Duke, Stanford), and Cal (La Tech, Tennessee, Colorado St)

Those are just schools of the top of my head but i'm sure there's more.
