  • This is strengthing your shins and other lower leg muscles so you can have stronger dorsiflexion and therefore jump highre

  • thats not a bleacher workout,thats running up a set of stairs to run some more

  • i don't get it shouldn't these exercisese be done as explosively as possible to get results or is this more just of a warmup or something

  • i think hes trying to get off the ground as fast as possible, which build vert.
