  • this is fuckin insane!!! :D

  • @reneperezz

Sanity is overrated ... as is sobriety!

  • @Dokomon Thanks for sharing this.

  • *something not related to this video*

  • Pure perfection.

  • BRILLIANT! one of the many reasons why Pink Floyd are truly an amazing band is how u hear Gilmours such peaceful sounding voice and then Rogers comes in with his creepiness yet such unique/powerful voice... its like no other and its all about the feeling...LONG LIVE THE FLOYD! :)

  • So why the fuk hasn't these 2 concerts never been released on D.V.D.

  • playin skake ;-)

  • ROGER'S HAEDPHONES FTW

  • great vid

  • gilmour voice........

  • justine the dumb fuck bieber click the dislike icon.

  • Reminds me of living in England wen I was a young lad....

  • I wish the audiences at Roger's 2010 shows were as quite and non-disruptive like the ones at this show. That was the only thing about the show I didn't like was the damn audience didn't know when to properly sit down or cheer.

  • I felt exactly the same this week in Barcelona. People talking on the phones! And the big wall of cameras and mobile phones up in the air nowadays bloody blocking your view is unbelievable! People have no respect.

  • @GrayFox1203 totally agree, i flew over to holland to see it last weekend and ended up being stood next to a bunch of pisshead dutch lads that didnt know the words, kept shouting at quiet bits, dancing about like retarded chimpanzee's and just being general pains in the arse. ended up grabbing one of them after he banged into me for about 10th time and telling him to shut the f**k up and to get out of my face

  • @timshill Man that sounds shitty. It was pretty bad here in the states. Same deal with you I just had a bunch of drunks in front of me and it was annoying as hell -.-

  • I wish i could Write music Ike this

  • This song is beautiful! I love Gilmour's voice

  • gotta feeling... Domokon = Waters

  • @Haizeron nah, half of this concert that domokon did an excellent job of posting for us has been removed by EMI for copyright issues, that wouldnt happen if it was really waters

  • @timshill I think that Roger Waters is thinking about releasing the Wall on DVD.

  • 0:20 - 0:24 Listening to this song and seeing Richard Wright play - having the whole band together for the last time - makes me cry.

  • IMHO Gilmour was my favorite Floyd musician however Waters was more pivotol in writing the songs. Damn I love Pink Floyd!

  • Emotional and profound lyrics and voices are fantastic as well as the keyboards(0:55).

  • god is a myth. david voice is my religion

  • listen to the depth of the music. no one will be better than pink floyd it's so damn powerful that you fly straight up into the sky. its more like the great gig in the sky

  • there's nothing like roger+david's pink floyd

  • @fermosh good thing they've reunited

  • This is what great music is supposed to be. Hail FLOYD!

  • wow, what happened to music like this?

  • For all you youngsters...I see a lot of you born in the 90's. I was born in 1962, and was a senior in high school when "The Wall" came out. Just to put your minds at rest.....YES! IT WAS F***ING AWESOME. I just saw Roger Waters perform "The Wall" again this year in Dallas and Houston.....still AWESOME!

  • @hklberry you lucky mofo....LOL

  • OMFG! I listen to this song while I sleep! xD

  • YeaH!!!!

  • but when i first heard this i cried its wonderful

  • I want David Gilmour to sing me to sleep is that weird

  • no matter what mood I'm in...I can listen to Pink Floyd and am completely taken away. The only music in the world that actually MOVES my soul...it's almost a religious experience...forever live PINK FLOYD!

  • 0:57 bass solo

  • all these films were simply test shots, for a later recording that nave came to be ;(

  • Only one group can beat PF, and that is PiNK FLoYD!

  • How can you get any better than this? The best band in rock history at their very prime.

  • when this concert come out on dvd? thats will be amazing

  • roger's bass is is awesome. he is the genius behind these great lyrics.

  • What I would give to have been born in 1964...

  • @xAtheistAlexeix .. I was born in '64, but in '80 was only 15, had a chance to go with my cousins.. but my Mother wouldn't let me go! bwahh ha ha! but.. I did make it to The Wall in Berlin in 1990, & if I can afford 2 tickets & buy it in time before it's tottally sold out, will see Roger doing The Wall here in the UK next year.

  • @nottingtohide Oh, dude, that sucks. If my mom told me I couldn't go to this concert I'd just go anyway.

  • @xAtheistAlexeix .. yeah well.. besides I couldn't afford to go & it was 300 miles to London. At least I can look at the video now, which is great. Be great if Roger gave persmission to 'officially' release it, but he complains the video quality is too poor.

  • @nottingtohide Too poor? Aww, fuck that. In the 80s you could consider this normal quality. The film quality makes it look vintage, I love it. Plus, this is like, the only video of Floyd from the early 80s and back, isn't it? It's an amazing film.

  • This song is a dreams...

  • Awesome!

  • MY GOD. Just look on wikipedia "the wall". go song by song, it will tell you what each one means.

  • I can't wait to see this remade. Finally. I just wish Mason and Gilmour would join Waters on stage.

  • well said kurdstan4ever.....tired of it

  • Amazing music.

  • i think no one drowns in the ice......

it rather means, that if you risk too much in life (go skating on thin ice) you shouldn't be surprised if you're getting sudden problems in life (the ice cracks).....but i'm not really sure about that :D

    great song!

  • @SoLaRMuSiC That's how I see this song as well. The one thing about Pink Floyd, is never take the words literally, they are really describing a much deeper metaphor. Roger Waters will forever be the greatest song writer to ever live.

  • why are u saing this? What happened?

  • you mean one of ther daughters drowned when some ice broke?

  • always wanted to buy this album, but cant seem to find it

  • best buy

  • I'm not afraid to die

But I am afraid to live as others want

  • i wonder if u r from kurdistan.....as ur name implies.....

  • I'm not afraid to be hated for what I have in my mind

But I am afraid to be loved for my silence

  • Lo mejor que conoci en mi vidaaa-.-Forever Pink Fliyd.-

  • 0:06 lol but freaking good!!! :O

  • I heard this song in '89 I was about 5 years-old, I had just run away from home(for some reason I don't remember why) and I walked buy a Radioshack with a TV on MTV and this song was on, and after hearing this I don't believe I ran home faster that day then I have ever done in my life.

  • thewrestlemaniac is correct Syd was with then 4 both albums. He wrote sang Jugband blues on SFoS

  • Syd also plays bass on 'Set The Controls...'

  • thanks for the info

  • God i get shivers down my spine everytime i see this True masters at work.......

and please remove that stupid Little kid comments from this video "Jonathanr0ckz"

  • I was born to late fucking 1996 :(

  • me fucking too, '95 i was born, and '79 i shall forever be!

  • because roger says that the camera angles are too bad for a dvd

  • so? haha

  • How come they never released this on DVD?

  • Fantastic performance :)

  • as usual pink floyd at there best

  • OMG, why wasn't I born at that time ??? Fuckin' '94 :(

  • at least your born on PULSE year :P

  • You know somthing not every 13 year old can spell you obnoxious twat i didnt do anything to you my comments have been positive

  • @joolooj I know... It's just not the same !

  • @klarolivia story of my fuckin life, its bullshit FUCK 94!

  • @klarolivia why we didnt have 21 years old in 70s god damnit !!@!@\

  • @klarolivia i got it worse, '96, Double :(

  • @klarolivia i agreei was born in 95 i tell my parents i wantedd to be born in mid 50,s so i could loive through good music instead of what we got now days

  • hahahahaha

  • @klarolivia If you were born earlier and you were old enough to go to a show you would have been very, very lucky to see Pink Floyds' tour for The Wall. The dates were limited to 4 venues in 4 different cities; Los Angeles, Uniondale, London and Dortmund. I don't know where you're from, but most likely, you would not have been able to get a ticket and save for Pink Floyd and a few other bands, the music scene sucked in those days, so you didn't miss very much. The Wall was the end of Pink Floyd.

  • @nkmcfrln Guess you're right :)

  • @klarolivia same here:(

  • @klarolivia - Hey, look on the bright side. It's not like you lived before the time of Pink Floyd.

  • @klarolivia totally motherfuckin right!!!! why was I born in 90's

  • I was lucky enough to see The Wall in 1980 at The LA Sports Arena. I was stoed and It was great!!!

  • lol 0:06

  • Davids voice its amazing

  • @hogwarts09 Oh hell fuckin yeah David sends chills down my spine in everything he does

  • May be a stupid question but is this concert available on DVD? I have it on CD. I've never seen this in stores?

  • It's not available in stores. It was shot but Roger decided a release would "ruin the integrity of the show" or something equally dumb.

By the way, Google is your friend. You could have found this out in seconds.

  • And so is Bit Torrent.

  • RIP Rick

  • rick

  • hearing both of their voices one after another on this whole set gives goosebumps....its a shame they will never be back together after the live 8 show. Long Live the Floyd.

  • Comment removed

  • floyd aint floyd without waters

  • Floyd would have never been Floyd with Barrett. He was brilliant but limited. I'll admit Waters is the driving force behind Floyd but Gilmour is the voice and sound of PF.

  • good point mate

  • aint floyd without barrett man

  • dude barrett was only flord for one album

  • @LeftiesWillRule 2, I think. Piper At The Gates Of Dawn and Saucerful Of Secrets

  • Not to mention most of their early singles and three years of touring, not to mention he came up with the name. Don't downplay his importance.

  • He inspired so much more to the songs just by his influence to the rest of the band! All 6 made Pink Floyd!

  • floyd aint floyd without..... waters gilmour wright and mason

  • how about Syd Barret???

  • @mafoo2008 floyd aint floyd without any of them

  • thank you Domkon for allowing me to re-live the most memorable times in my life i was 10-11 years old at the time but re-live it every day thanks to you

  • RIP Rick Wright.

  • seeing water's face and hearing his voice always chears me up for some reason. i love this band.

  • voten al pro

  • 1:56 gives me goosbumps everytime i hear that riff

  • yeah that lead is too bad ass

  • And here comes the real band in! :D It's just a perfect show this one

  • beautiful...

  • some songs its different the sadder songs u fell emotion i think roger sings them better but songs like young lust and what not are better when dave sings them...thats my opinion

  • It's a hell of an emotion and I love this song especially on how it end's , I for some reason get nostallic on all the happy events in my life

  • It depends on the song. I love Roger's voice in Mother but Gilmour has a much better voice overall.

  • u dont need drugs to feel the music of pink floyd :D

  • but it sure helps! No but seriously, great show

  • haha brokenchair you must be really bored :D

  • Man this album is fucking awesome

  • I think this album sounds light years better LIVE then on the original version. I love the emotion and how the band gives a little bit more to the music in concert. They did not look like a band ready to collapse under WATERS during this show. They all looked very determined still in this footage....

  • no gilmore and waters hated each other here lol.I love that 1 shirt that hes wearing lol

  • There will never be the sound the nicenes of the band the shows the songs of these guys ever again pass it on to others to know what thid=s all means

  • The Thin Ice... sums up life really?

  • i think this is the best live song david gilmours done

  • dude are you high? youve said that on like every PF video! people get it now

  • Yeah, I've been high for nine months. Being high gives people the need to say "Pink Floyd wrote 'Dogs'".

  • man layoff the rag then

  • Wow, that was better than the album version. The vocals were incredible.

  • What is up with the guitarist in the beginning?

He has his amp cord taken out.

  • he was the "surrogate" david gilmour after playing "in the flesh?"

  • I just don't get that because I'm Argentinian

    What is "THE SURROGATE BAND"?

What's the meaning of that word?

    EXPLAIN PLEASE

  • UR HOPELESS

  • no hablo ingles

y de la unica manera que pudieses enviado un comentario es k lo hallas entendido a menos k seas estupido (espero q no)

  • 'The Surrogate Band' is a concept that Waters come up with basically to prove a point that people just weren't getting what Pink Floyd was about. The idea was that PF could send this 'surrogate' or substitute band out to perform, and no one would tell the difference.

  • But Roger was stupid.

If he didn't like the mediatic audience that were there just to get stone and drunk and not pay attention to the music WHY DID HE PERFORME BEFORE THEM?
