Make sure you are never hungry, because then you will only binge and undo all of the progress you have made.

Cardio is the best thing in the world for overweight ppl, Im also a big guy....Once you get into at least a mile a day works, It usually takes about 25min to do a mile at a 3-4 mph speed and using a sauna for about a hour with shower right after it will do wonders for you in a short about of time.

Second, exercise. It doesn't have to be running a mile a day, it can start as simple as walking around your house more. Get you arms moving. Over time, your body will burn more fat than it takes in.

Another thing - wheat flour is similar to sugar. It has addictive qualities. Most breads and wheat foods have little vitamins but high calories. Sorry for my future mistakes, but I'm from Spain and I cannot talk perfectly; so, I'm really sorry for you, but I give you all my support and these advices:
1. You shouldn't eat fast-food, crisps, chips or others
2. You shouldn't drink fizzy drinks, like Coca-Cola, Pepsi or others
3. You should look for the ingredients of the food you buy
4. You should be in a good diet, with salads, vegetables, fruit juice and others
5. You should make little sports exercices to develope your mobility
@Iceberg2406 Also don't forget about regular hours of eating, do not eat afterr 6PM, remember to remove artificial sugar from your diet (candies, chocolate, sweet drinks etc.) and last but not least you must have really strong will of losing weight, you can't just say one day: fuck this, one or two candies won't kill me, or just glass of cola. And move a lot, don't travel by car, bus, metro, just walk a lot, this will help you a bit. :) Good luck with losing weight dude.
Son, I know where you're coming from, I was there for most of my life, many people have no idea what it's really like to be morbid obese, they think a person like that eats all the time, this is not true, some people just have a bad metabolism. I tried every diet out there and diets don't work unless you stay on them. I had to resort to the gastric bypass in 2005 but I had no choice, I was 469 lbs and going on 50 years old If you can lose it naturally that is better, I lost 209 lbs. good luck.

My mother, uncle, and aunt had the surgery done in the 1980's and all had success but gained the weight back. It does scare me about going under the knife but it may be a last resort. Get a Treadmill set up in your house. Sometimes you can find one at a Goodwill if you're short on cash. Eat Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner with a snack in between (like a speacial K bar) Eat only salads for dinner until you lose a lot of weight. (chicken salad,steak salad whatever.) Eat dinner before 7pm. Do not eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed. Drink plenty of Spring Water. Stay away from sodas,fried foods,ice cream,twinkies,bread,white rice,pasta,candys,cookies, sweets etc.

You need to get on a good workout plan, one that involves weightlifting and moderate cardio several times a week.

You will lose weight by eating lots of animal fats, NO carbs or very low carbs. Keep low on proteine (about 60 grams ) depending on your lenght Read it and follow the instructions. Splendid!, quite frankly, lifting will not do you any good, you need to run twice a day and eat a whole of fruits. once you're up in the morning, first thing you should do, is eat fruits, then go out for a run or a walk, after, have a great solid breakfast, yes grapes does give you energy, and do the same as well before going to bed, eat fruits, go for a run, then eat a very light snacks, then get ready for bed, try this for a whole month, twice a day, guarantee results.
Start lifting heavy items in place for a few minutes, building up a good sweat is what you need, eat less bread in your diet and portion your other foods, drink plenty of water! after you move and jog for a certain amount of time each day take a shower at least twice a day to remove all the sweat to shave off what you worked out. Keep going by this routine daily! Never forget your vitamins!
1 more thing. black tee or other (non fruit) tee with no added flavores and taste, no sugar. While eating meat, do not eat potato or rice, eat only salad with that, at least 4x more salad than meat, or 4x more cooked or raw vegetables with meat. 1st of all -> Eat all the days, vegetables to eat and dinner (ALL NATURAL FOOD, FASTFOOD IS SHIT, IS NOT FOOD) with 1 or 2 portion of meat. The portion has to be small, that's the part how you lose weight FASTER, more than doing sport. You can actually lose weight without doing sport.
2nd of all -> you can't run in your situation now, go walk, try to sweat a little each day or each 2 days at least 1 hour.

It's really inspiration that you took the first step and are putting yourself out there. It might take time but you can do it man! Think about how great you'll look 1, 2, or 3 years from now. And think about looking the same 1, 2, or 3 years from now and how you'll feel about that. I'm hoping for you!
Just work out dude. Walk as much as you can every day. Eat a lot less junk food(a small amount once in a while isn't bad). Watch your calories and how much of something you eat. It's good to only eat 1 serving of things per day. You can even ask your doctor for tips, or see if there is any work out programs out there for you. Choose fruits and veggies over candy and chocolate. And choose water or a healthy juice over soda and things like that. Start off with easy work outs like lifting dumbbell
try eating 6 times a day, but snacks like a healthy breakfast with fruit maybe bread for some snacks and chicken or steak for dinner, give up all junk food for now. also get outside and walk a few miles, pace yourself.

Another thing - wheat flour is similar to sugar. It has addictive qualities. Most breads and wheat foods have little vitamins but high calories. So try to limit the wheat - if you do eat it, get whole grain bread, and have one or two pieces a day. A better alternative for bread is brown or wild rice. Try adding raw spinach to your meals, too. Spinach doesn't have much of a taste so you can throw it in almost anything.

@Iceberg2406 Also don't forget about regular hours of eating, do not eat afterr 6PM, remember to remove artificial sugar from your diet (candies, chocolate, sweet drinks etc.) and last but not least you must have really strong will of losing weight, you can't just say one day: fuck this, one or two candies won't kill me, or just glass of cola. And move a lot, don't travel by car, bus, metro, just walk a lot, this will help you a bit. :) Good luck with losing weight dude.

Son, I know where you're coming from, I was there for most of my life, many people have no idea what it's really like to be morbid obese, they think a person like that eats all the time, this is not true, some people just have a bad metabolism. I tried every diet out there and diets don't work unless you stay on them. I had to resort to the gastric bypass in 2005 but I had no choice, I was 469 lbs and going on 50 years old If you can lose it naturally that is better, I lost 209 lbs. good luck.

My mother, uncle, and aunt had the surgery done in the 1980's and all had success but gained the weight back. It does scare me about going under the knife but it may be a last resort. Get a Treadmill set up in your house. Sometimes you can find one at a Goodwill if you're short on cash. Eat Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner with a snack in between (like a speacial K bar) Eat only salads for dinner until you lose a lot of weight. (chicken salad,steak salad whatever.) Eat dinner before 7pm. I used to be fat, I also had the odds stacked against me. Didn't get to play sports growing up, parents smoked in the house only prepared unhealthy meals etc.
If I can get fit anyone can.
You need to get on a good workout plan, one that involves weightlifting and moderate cardio several times a week.
The biggest change you need to make is your nutrition though, you need to cut out bad carbs and go low fat contrary to what people are saying. Gotta do research to get results there, good luck

You know Thomas, when people eat carbs, the liver have to turn in into fat for energy. But it can not do that very quickly. So part of it is put to body fat. Because it does this, you stay hungry and have to keep eating. It is a vicious circle. You can not help it. So, to avoid this, you must not eat carbs (or very few is allowed max 20-50g) you must eat fat. Why let your body make overtime making fat if you can eat it? Fat eaten goes straight in the bloodstream for energy : not hungry anymore.

What you need is something in between these extremes. Always chew thouroughly. Try to chew your food 100 times before you swallow, it should be like baby food. It takes about 15 miniites for your stomach and your brain to sinc, telling you that your full. So take cherry sized bites and chew it 100 times. Also drink plenty of water. 8cups a day. While eating meat, do not eat potato or rice, eat only salad with that, at least 4x more salad than meat, or 4x more cooked or raw vegetables with meat. Just work out dude. Walk as much as you can every day. Eat a lot less junk food(a small amount once in a while isn't bad). Watch your calories and how much of something you eat. It's good to only eat 1 serving of things per day. You can even ask your doctor for tips, or see if there is any work out programs out there for you. Choose fruits and veggies over candy and chocolate. And choose water or a healthy juice over soda and things like that. Start off with easy work outs like lifting dumbbell
