I was just told about this footage, so I thought I would have a look. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw my brother fighting to save his mates property only minutes after he saved his own. He was only able to do this with the amazing amount of help he recieved from the CFA!!

Without them this video may have been the last time I saw him. Thank you to all who helped that day!!

im a CFA volunteer and i have never seen such a fire so big, to see so many people loose everything i am only 16 and i hope i never have to see anything like that again, and thank-you to my fellow firefighters !!

We had no idea of the magnitude of these horrific fires at this time. Who could have ever imagined the worst and most devastating fires ever. You blokes are absolutely the best.

yer me and 5 of my mates joined the cfa when the fires were firts herd about on satday i just wish we were alowed to go out and help but we have to do training

but this fire in vic and the flooding in queensland is fucking shocking
