What is the correct teachings of "Kosen-Rufu" on Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism?

@mksutra hi i hope you dont mind my opinion. i can see why you may think that but, one fundemental lesson i learnt was not to become drunk on faith, this helps :) i as do some feel it is as natural to feel anger as it is happiness and other emotions, the way someone talks to someone is something to chant for to help change. Also to turn the negative to positive, the unhelpful to helpful, from sad to happy in my case.

These 2 groups fighting, the priests and the Gakkai, have led to the DE-SHAKABUKUING of countless people. The massive egos of those that run BOTH groups have made their emnimity more important thsn Shakabuku. Ikeda worship in the SGI is NOT true Buddhism, nor are the priests. The Gosho writings say to follow the Law, and not a person. There is no intercessor or mentor/disciple in Nichiren's writing.

Nittatsu Shonin clearly states that even if the one that is not the true teachings of Nichiren Daishonin is spread over the world, it is meaningless.

SGI spread Ikeda Buddhism, NOT Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism.

I have not heard ONE, not ONE POSITIVE thing about Nichiren Shoshu. The only thing I hear are negative things, also real PROOF shows SGI is the true, peaceful way. Nam myoho renge kyo is not something Nichiren built like a new designed house etc. It is the Law of LIFE. As he himself declared - the Buddha exists because of the Law and not the other way around. if one has a parent who is doing things wrongly, one may still love the parent but not what they do. I think for many people this is how it is with the priesthood and Ikeda.

In the Gosho Nichiren clearly tells us: "Do not put your trust in a person simply because they hold a high position, including a priest - but put your trust in a person, no matter how humble he or she may appear to be - who expresses this Lotus Sutra (The Law) from their heart"

Why would Nichiren write this if we are to follow the priests and leaders without doubt or question, as they tell us and expect us to do???

I think far too much importance is propogated towards the Priesthood and the Ikeda hiarachy. I am still trying to figure it all out. I read what Ikeda has written in his guidance and it all seems to be in line, but then I see how the followers go on about him and it is as though they are spilling black ink over what I have just read.

I have seen strong evidence of the teachings of Nichiren being misused in both the SGI and NS - particular as an amunition against each other (taking sections from Gosho's to suit their own needs and not including other sections of the same Gosho which may give a completely different meaning in the outcome)
