This is such a terribly juvenile joke and you anticipate the punchline almost from the very beginning. And yet, when it lands, it destroys you. I don't know why. I really have no idea why.
This is in the top 10 SNL moments. It's right up there with Belushi's 'buzzing off' bee, Dana Carvey's "Horrible Headwound Harry" and Akroyd's "Bassamatic '76 & Bleeding Julia Childs".
Just priceless.
I always remind my wife about this skit when she's baking for xmas.
