I feel that the point of this story is that Jesus wasn't available at this time to say 'no' to - that's why Lazarus went to Abraham's bosom. Jesus said later "What you didn't do to the least of these you didn't do to me."
yup u r completely right my brother...but what i meant is that whenever we reject the commandments of God we have automatically rejected Jesus..since Jesus is the WORD...the whole bible is centered only on Jesus...even in the old testament it was all about prophecies of Jesus..thnx for all JESUS my Lord..God bless!
