they say never meet your heroes it just leads to disappointment. Having watched the series it's sad to see them in such condition after seeing them in their prime. Lifes hard we all get older and sick.
@hotstixx He had a terrible "hunching" to his back in his later years. A terrible smoker and I would not be surprised a drinker as well, so bone degradation was obvious.
@Naturalhit I've had part of my spine fused, you don't lose any height. The bone graft or in my case the plate spans the thickness of the disk that is removed. This is almost to the millimetre.
@Naturalhit Back surgery doesn't make u lose too much height...the aging process in itself, the loss of muscles and the slow timely erosion of the bones and also even gravity affect your height over time. My dad in his prime was at 5'10 now he is 5'9 or so in his 40's...By the time he reaches his 60's he'll probably get around 5'7 or so. Same for me I stopped growing in height and in time, gravity, muscle loss, bone erosion will take their toll on me and I will lose height...
Whatever happened to Angel City Fitness?? I wanted to train there in the worst way but I think they're closed??!?~? The equipment is outstanding. Old school Nautilus is the best!
@Tudeburger did Flex wheeler not also get a perfect score or was that in the arnold not sure

@hotstixx He short because of his back surgery where part of his spine were fused. But he's 5'8" and probably lost a couple of inches.
