@borodungal that is definitely a xaphoon. It was invented in the 70's. I have one too. Go to xaphoon.com, see for yourself!

@borodungal it's clear that you know nothing about wind instruments. flutes dont have sax reeds on them. do you think every pipe shaped instrument is a flute or recorder? search the internet for "soprano saxaphone". see the shape? or simply search for "pocket saxaphone"

this instrument has a sound between clarinet and sax. extremely mobile and pretty capable of vibrato, slap techniques etc. And the player in the video is very good at this. you should be more respectful.

Mr. Hichiriko, you sound great on the bamboo sax, xaphoon or whatever instrument your playing. You play it so smooth that I can’t even tell if it’s a sax or clarinet. Keep up the good work Mr. Hichiriko, again, your sound great.

this is incredible playing, I imagine it is really hard to stay "in tune" with this kind of instrument and You keep it up all the way., and wonderfully. Is this diatonic instrument?
