As long as the case savers are installed correctly you have a better change of stretching a head stud before pulling the saver out. I use CB performance's Chromoly head studs. There are also 8mm and 10 mm head studs on cases. I use the 8mm and have no probs.
As soon as it goes on the wideband I will run as much boost up to the point of detonation/ping. Not sure how much boost it is capable with the Higher C/R unless i intercool it or use a alk/meth injection

Not sure what you mean? Its all about the motor and the build. If you dropped this motor into a buggy it would be 1 very very scary ride.

With a stroker motor and turbocharging, how do you keep from pulling the studs out of the block? Are stud savers enough?

pump up to 13PSI :) and enjoy (those S2 are nice chargers for small capacity engines and give a lot of funn with closed deck lid :D )
