It's acctually not that hard.

Here's how I do it:

1. Let the Chopper "Warm Up"

2. Bring it up with SPACEBAR for about 1-3 seconds.

3. Start moving forward with W.

4. Keep pressing Spacebar a couple of times.

5. The Chopper may sway to one side, so keep it level with A & D.

6. Then, you can fly the thing! Feel free to bring it down with ALT.

(P.S, you have to be pressing SPACEBAR through your WHOLE flight.)
