thanks guys for your comments :) I hope you make it and enjoy it...the oil part is optional...you can use less oil or more oil or no oil...my family happens to love a lot of olive oil...you can also use butter...or top it with a seasoned ground beef mixture...the kind I made for for the artichoke stew...or leave it as is with just a little olive oil...you're the boss of your kitchen :)

I don't know if this is intentional or not, but it looks the girl was chosen not just because she knows how to make hummus, but also because she has an enormous pair of gorgeous breasts!
