There is a patch of loose skin on the back of a cat's neck. If Otto or Egon are giving you too much trouble, pull the skin up a little. If they are acting very crazy, and I mean VERY crazy, pick them up by it. Pulling on the loose skin tightens up the sorounding skin, causing them to lay down as much as they can. Picking them up by it dosen't hurt them, but it sends them the message, "I should stop doing that."
