yu have to reach like 20% completion... you do a mission and you can go there..

ya u have to get farther in the game...they dont let u cross bridges because some supposed terrorist attacts. anyways u get farther and do more missions. the more of liberty city u get to see

All the islands (except Alderney) are part of Liberty City. It's not just Algonquin, if that's what you're thinking.

u need to get further in the game and eventually u get to do a mission that lets you cross teh bridge into Algonquin.
