man, i remember when i tried to main kassadin, and ur gameplay basically made mine look like a lvl 1 facing a lvl 30. ur build isnt even close to as good as what i thought of. Even u do good with him early game, i remember always going like 0-4 and my teamates complained about feeding early game, but then end game its like he is a complete game changer almost.

@givemesocks I totally disagree O.o Kass is a beast, personally I take same summoner spells (ignite heal) grab doran's ring, and go 10/19/0 masteries with AP per level seals and glyphs, magic pen marks and flat AP quints, early game can hit 200-400 null spheres by level 5. and with 1 point in W you can regen mana back nicely + the talent and mastery set up gives you about 60-70 AP by level 5 with little to no items lol you just poke early till they get low and B or stay and you kill them win win

@givemesocks yeah deathfire works very nicely on her, and AP works well its just a little harder over all, you definately need 40% CDR, and nice timing, you can drop absolutely anyone, tank or squishy in seconds, but getting to that point is hard, lichbane is also necessary at that point and should grab some kind of tanky item at that point since you are far squishier and AP than as AD, all in all I prefer AP to AD, but hybrid is still my favorite for poppy o.o

@Drako377 well i tried that hybrid poppy, he is alot of fun, i ended up i think 4-2-7 and the other team surrendered. Hybrid poppy is fun but i still prefer ad poppy because of the damage end game and with u just being able to ult in a group and mess up the enemy carries with almost no harm to yourself. still takes alot of skill for hybrid and ap.

@givemesocks hopefully you didn't follow my build O.o cause it is ridiculously expensive, I usually have to solo lane to do it so I get lots of last hits, and yeah the point of hybrid poppy is that you can ult in and kill ANYONE, not just their carry but like if you get on their tank even if its like rammus, you can drop him to half with charge and devastating blow with a lichbane and a little bit of AP, as long as you have a bit of AD too to help out the base damage

@givemesocks yeah that'd explain a lot, thats pure AP at that point, the cool part about devastating blow is that it deals AD + a % of HP + AP ratio in damage, can be used every like 3 seconds and procs sheen/trinity/lichbane, so really hybrid with that thing is just stupid lol because not only are you knocking off a flat amount, but than a % of their HP and the base damage is getting doubled and a half by trinity, but it requires a lot of farming, or some ridiculous amount of kills

What people fail to see in Kassadin's W spell is that not only does it help with regaining some amounts of mana in the laning phase but activating it helps bring up some stacks in your Force pulse. Its not meant for dps but for stacks.

1. buy boots to make him faster

2. mejai - if u kill a player it gives you 2 stacks, u can have 20 max. for assist you get 1 stack. each stack increases your ability power by 8. if you die you lose 1/3 stacks so its a gamble really.

Pubstomping people that don't build MR... wow you're so good. Buying Leviathan is just terrible and your guide has bad runes. Honestly all of your videos are when you have all your items or people just don't know how to lane against Kass. You're entire build and play style revolve around your opponents being scrubs... Why would you take heal? If people know you have it they don't get blown out by it. Your opponents just don't know how to hit tab...

@WoWosi1 Sorry for responding for ninjAchurch. But I main kassadin, so whether to get Mejai's or Shoes first depends on the game. If you can do a lot better and still have an Amplifying Tome for your Mejai's; Complete the boots first, they might get a lot in handy. Then just get 800 gold for the Mejai's Soulstealer.

It still depends on how retarded your enemies are. If they are a lot: Simply get Mejai's after Boots 1.

Hey, Love your vids and your guide. I recently got kass and, excuse the language, FUCKING LOVE HIM. Badass playstyle. But I do have a quick comment followed by a question.

I noticed that Kassadin is more of a mid to endgame champion. I do have many problems going like 0-3-0 until about level 10, then it goes from that to about 14-3-5 lol - How do I maximize the amount of damage and helpfulness I can do for my team at a lower level, when Kassadin isn't at his prime?

@CodyThatGhost Go mejais before tear is about it, if you get sheen before mejais, you will ruin your chance of getting a good end game, i always try to get mejais as soon as possible while i still have that edge in early game

@CodyThatGhost Letting your team trust you to take mid is also a HUGE advantage for kass. Kass with a 3 level advantage early is a HUGE force on the field. He can absolutely crush most mids if you play him correctly

@CodyThatGhost Yeah, Kassadin is a terrible farmer, and I've found that playing with him requires that you just stay alive in your lane. Don't get jumpy on anyone until you at least have riftwalk as it increases your survivability by a gillion percent. Just make sure you're last hitting and staying in your lane. If you can survive without dying, You'll be the one everyone fears in the late game.

@CodyThatGhost Mejais requires a solid early-mid game & to kill/assist frequently *right away* (the longer you take, the weaker you become). For the price of Mejais (1235) you can get 60 AP, so thats 40AP you have to make up for, and until you do, you arent powerful. It's just not a good item if you are the guy getting kills later in the game.

Cody I'd say go catalyst&boots -> Arch A. or RoA -> the other of those 2 until you get used to Kass, then drop RoA (dont need RoA, you are in&out char)
