  • wheres the mighty microscope???

  • @BTTFBoyGoes88mph In the Star Tours Maintenance Bay sequence, there is a control center on the right of the screen. Behind it is the Mighty Microscope. I freeze-frame the shot for a little while. You'll see it. It's white and looks somewhat out of place.

  • @FigmentsFan thanks

  • I hope Star Tours 2 will have a tribute to ATIS

  • @Philious It might, considering they keep giving Tom Morrow mentions. All we can do is hope the Imagineers remember.

  • That's great. Now it's dead. That building just can't keep a ride. Must be dead Indians under it or something. roflol

  • @chimera15 Remember I made this video 3 years ago. lol.

  • D:

    I can't see the first one... .-.

  • @AwesomeKoko1 look at what is sticking out the left of the building.

  • yup disney is famous for their ride tributes

  • These are excellent shots of the remains of the ATIS ride! Great video! :)

  • Did you also know George Lucas is the guy at the end of the ride..

  • No. That's not Lucas. That's a Lucasfilm editor.

  • I remember reading a publication that stated that. Yet thinking about it, it doesnt really look like Lucas..I guess you're right! Thanks for the 411..

  • The ILM employee at the end who resembles Lucas is named Ira Keeler. He's not the only ILM cameo in Star Tours. Red Leader is played by modelmaker Steve Gawley, and Dennis Muren is one of three folks who are seen in the windows of the building the Mighty Microscope is behind.

  • i didnt see the microscope. was it that thing passing by on the ceiling when you enter?

  • You mean the baskets? In one of them is an Atommobile that passed through the glass tube in the Mighty Microscope. It's been removed.

  • nevermind, i thought it said "did you see" not "do you see". in other words, i found it, hiding BEHIND the tower, not before the tower is introduced.

  • Ah, just a misunderstanding.

  • yep, right under the word 'the'

  • No, Tujunga is in California, that's where the eye is. The atommobiles were buried in a landfill in Mexico.

  • Yeah whatever. Where is the big eyeball? thats what I want to know. I miss the big eyeball.

  • There is no Scientist Eye in there. Only if you want to travel to Tijunga, Mexico. That's where it's final resting place is.
