In the UK, when you report a gas leak, you are told to open all windows and not to use the light switch. I can now see why!

Let us hope that these men did not die in vain, and that their experience teaches others to avoid a similar fate

Why would u want to flip a switch when u have a gas leak? They should've shut the gas off and opened the windows. Use flashlights only. Rip to these guys, they weren't thinking about it.
