  • You rock!

    God bless.

  • I am alredy an adult original from Korea too, I was adopted by italian family. Hope they will grown up happly not like me

  • @71giop I'm sorry to hear that. American adoptive families do tend to be more sensitive, more respectful, more caring, and more loving than their Italian counterpart. How do I know that? Because I'm Italian myself. Italian families are old fashion, conservative, very strict, and very authoritative. I know exactly what you mean.

  • I bet is was strange holding them the first time. I remember when I met my baby boy for the first time, I didn't pick him up b/c I didn't want him to cry. I was so scared I'd do something to make him not like me. It's so funny to think of now. From no children to two! I went from no children to 3.

  • beautiful family . love

  • @marie1000ist

    Thank you! :)

  • @SeoulmatesMama Is it difficult to for a foreigner to adopt a baby from korea and raise it on his home country? I mean adopting a baby in korea to raise it outside korea.

  • Awesome video! We are waiting for our travel call for our Son's biological Sister!

  • @deranged731 Thank you. Congratulations and Best Wishes to you and your family! How exciting!

  • Please show them their culture when they reach age to understand.

Do not go the redneck way of thinking "Oh Karate is enough for asians!"

Karate is Japanese not Korean. Also teach how to eat with chopsticks.

also kimchi is still the only natural cure for the avian bird flu. many usa doctors do not know that.

  • @inachu We also believe it's very important that they are taught and experience their Korean culture. They are now 3 years old and they have several adopted Korean friends. We've taken them to Korean cultural events here where we live, and they are already interested in Korean Dance and Drumming and Tae Kwon Do (not karate :)! They also love to eat noodles and rice with chopsticks! We will always do the best we can to help them experience their birth culture. Thank you for your response.

  • @SeoulmatesMama One day they'll want to search for their birth parents -- support them in their journey... It's a natural journey many adoptees must go through to feel whole. In college, they'll want to discover their Korean identity and during teen years, they'll realize their parents don't look like them or can understand their ethnic isolation, being Korean in a white family. Don't take it as rejection or feel threatened because you will always be their parents. Understand them.

  • @sskkmmaa Maybe, maybe not. Support throughout their lives is the key, no matter what. Just like any mommy and daddy would do b/c they are their parents. I've adopted 3 and my 15 yr old daughter has NO desire to see her family, yet maybe she will when she's older. We'll see.

  • @diamondcubby Thank you! They just turned 3 years old last week now...hard to believe! They keep us SO busy, so yes, we are still very tired, but like you said, it is a very GOOD tired. Congratulations to you as well on your adoption(s)!

  • Aren't they so beautiful! You must be on top of the world happy and a bit tired too. But, what a good tired. Congratulations from another int'l adoptive family.

  • What gorgeous inspiring videos... How breathtakingly beautiful!!! Didn't hurt that omma was a 10 and appa was a close second! The girls seemed to warm up to you immediately. So happy for you :))))

  • My mom and your mom are friends and she sent us this video. Our son was at Eastern when you shot this. I started crying as soon as I recognized the playroom and then when you had a shot of the baby room I lost it. I'm sure you got a shot of him under one of those cute little pink blankets! When we went in April 2010 to pick him up, we got a tour of the baby room but we could not take pictures. Thanks for the video!

  • Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • Love your video! Beautiful girls! Good luck with them growing up!

    Love from Belgium

  • @karenkittyrobbe

    Thank you!

  • This is the first time I have seen this video. It made me cry with thanksgiving and praise to God for his wonderful gift of my two beautiful grandaugthers, their mom, dad and the twins' big-brother. The Lord Jesus Christ has so richly blessed our family, and I praise God that these children will grow up in a loving, Christian home. I love them SO much! A grateful mother and grandma.
