nah, not amdo. They pronounce Buchung as Buchung, not wuchung, which is the amdo way. Their accent is absolutely to amdo. I speak a bit of Amdoke and I am pretty sure its not any dialect of amdo. I would venture to guess northwestern kham

What history you are talking about? You mean according to history Chinese cooked up since 1959? Dalai Lama is the title offered by Mongolians in respect, not chinese. Chinese even claim Great Britain as part of china according to Tang official scribe. Can you believe that? Amazing! what chinese can claim.

This song should teach us exile Tibetans, spoilt by relatively prosperous lives and still think along sectarian and regional lines, to eschew such self-destructive ways.

I am sure they are both from Amdo. It is definitely not any of the Kham accents. And it is no where Utsang and Toedpa.
