Excellent talk - makes so much sense in the understanding of Shakespeare especially in Fr. Milward's exegesis of King Lear. It is obvious in a secular age scholars on Catholic Shakespeare will meet with unbelief because their opponents have very little background either in the history of England at the time of Queen Elizabeth Ist or the Old and New Testament especially in regard to the persecution of Catholics.
