I think it's really cool how Colin and Bradley didn't have much acting experience before this but now...here they are bathing in glory and hottness, but still are just...so normal! I think the fact that they weren't big time actors, also helped them get into their characters a lot more, so now not only are they Colin and Bradley, they're literally Arthur and Merlin. Which makes my heart swell! :)

They really struck gold when they cast those two in the leads! Seldom have I seen two actors fit their charachters, and each other, so well balanced as this - and at the same time have such on screen presence and acting talent. Normally, well more usual than not, people like this struggles to work together, panicing that the other will have the better lines or angles. As long as those two stays, and the writers provides the comedy and banter between Merlin & Arthur, this show could run & run.
