@TheGameplayer246 I actually find Magicka EASIER to beat without other people... Between the versatillity of the spell system and having no friends blasting spells all over the screen, it's a lot simpler to just use AoE spells to blast everything to kingdom come.

It's quite easy to go thru the whole game without dying by yourself, not as easy with 3 other people throwing indiscriminating spells all over the place. Hella lot more fun with 3 other guys though. :p

Also, has there been a change or is the earth + shield combo where it just encases you in an immobile cacoon been removed? Any time I try it all I get is the rock armor.

@KILLRAIN42 try swapping the earth and shield. i can't remember which order it goes in but depending on which comes first changes what result you get

@MrDaniiT actual, that is wrong, they changed the earth shield spell in a patch, there is no way to get the old one, and order doesn;t mater in spell casting

err, dno what some of you guys mean by "they are bad at english". They are making themselves understood perfectly fine, and thats really what languages is all about. Now you can go on using fancy terms and try to pronounce them "correctly" all you want, I do however think more people will understand arrowheads english better than yours.

I believe it's a reference to the Dungeons and Dragons 'Beholder' monster, which is kind of a signature monster for the aberrant planes if I'm correct. They're kind of powerful and come in different variations. And using it, they'd probably get sued xD

It's OK, overall frustrating solo. The near constant knockdowns from goblins intereupt not only the spell, the any preparation for the next spell. The staff of life heals enemies thus prolongs battle. It still needs some tweaking, not quite worth the 10$ if you're flying solo.

@VickTheQuick It's just a really strong shield, he uses it because he doesn't want to die and lose Gram. Gram is the sword that you use to kill Fafnir for an achievement.
