OJ Simpson Loses Appeal in Nevada for 2008 Robbery

O.J. did get a raw deal because of his notoreity as unfortunate as it may seem. The same D.A. (David Rogers) that went after O.J. gave Paris Hilton a slap on the wrist for cocaine possession because her lawyer was one of Roger's main campaign contributors (go figure). So much for ethics. That said, the only thing O.J.'s attorney can do now is file a Cert to SCOTUS as, to my knowledge, there's no way appeal a decision from the Nevada Supreme Court directly to the 9th Circuit.
