    And in general, DECIDING that you don't eat un-healthy food anymore. In my experience, the temptation goes away. In the fridge, there's a pie next to my carrots. All I feel is sorry for the people in that negative cycle.

  • I do find that I crave raw foods, veggies, fruits and I never did that before..Im gardening. Altho its colder I picked some peas out of my garden, well they didnt make it to pan, I washed them popped them open & ate them right there! lol the taste was awsome, like raw peanuts which I love.. besides salad, what can I eat? I like protein also..do u eat tofu? where online can I find rawfood recipes that are not complicated or I have to shop at healthfood stores? (none near me). Thank you so much!

  • Im soo proud of you, Bunnyberry!! Ive been watching you transform on here and it's sure been inspiring for me. Im not completely raw food, but am wanting to be able to get healthy. I guess I am researching this at this point & I do eat alot of salads & sometimes drink green smoothies, but still dealing w/the sugar addiction & I do love cooked food..I am trying to cook it less, as in not as long, like stir fry or saute it...I think my main prob with it is I need more recipes on what to eat on raw

  • I had an amazing Thanksgiving this year. I went to a raw food potluck. It was better than any raw/vegan restaurant, or making my own meal. Everything was on that table, and I felt delighted that my sweet potato casserole went over fabulously. Not low-glycemic, but incredibly loved and adored.
