I have to say, I was really upset when the beautiful willow tree was destroyed to make way for this carousel. But, being a parent, the smiles on my daughters’ faces when they ride the horseys certainly will make up for that. The carousel is another reason to enjoy the waterfront and another reason to enjoy our fine neighborhood.
R.I.P. Mr. Willow Tree. Your death shall not be in vain.
