Al inicio era una forma de auto-evaluarme y luego evolucionaron a mensajes de índole general para mis amigas. En cuanto a dar consejos a las otras chicas, no sé si podría hacerlo pues no me considero una autoridad en la materia y es muy probable que lo que funciona para mí no funcione para otras.
