Very nice place :). Toilet covering 0.0 (now thats attention to detail) WOW! What a view. All the building look so small. I would never get tired of standing and looking from that balcony. YOu should definitely get some chairs out there :)

I got a really nice hanging incandecent for my kitchen for just under 2k and I got two others from a guy who left the building.
