I was at the point with this where any more words seemed to cloud things, rather than make them clearer. Remembrance Sunday came, and I went with what I had. Glad it still has some impact, thanks nordicsky.

It certainly does. I am briefly in England now and the poppy seems as ubiquitous on the streets of London as it must have been on the Western Front, a potent image.

Original army surplus. Came dusty complete with cobble stones entangled. Seems strange perhaps as a trampoline screen, but hey, they were almost giving it away. Could be seaweed if you like though, that's the beauty of it!
