Not very good form for squats. More use of lower back than legs. Look at weightlifters or powerlifters if you want to learn how to squat properly and for increased strength and flexibility. But ok, If you're only there for the looks you can train in any way, not so hard and no need for science to make a body look strong. Different if you want it to be strong as well!
@patruk333 ...I think she showa good form in the squat..upper thighs parallel to floor at lowest point...doncha think. At least that's the way I do them to get most out of thigh work-out.

Squats is a leg exercise... get the camera on your legs so we can see if you are doing it correctly or not. I bet your knees are exceeding your feet.
