i really love this manga. its great. it talks about inner beauty and of course taking charge of your health. i literally cried, its so touching. im still reading the series but whoever she chooses i hope he's the right one. as they say in japan: GANBATTE!!!!
I Don't think there actually be a movie of this ... it just means its a movie and an opening lol. So forget about the movie thing but you can play the game on PC, PSP, PS2, OR DS. You can use a R4, to download any ds game (probably works for other gam systems too but different r4) you can download love revo in korean or japanese, and go to dreamgirl019 to get all your events translated and know what options to chose.

I kept searching, and found this list of "Otome games" on WIki, and saw this on the list, and thought it sounded familiar... I'm so glad I found the name. :)
Get the Healing CD, it will heal you and works in conjecture with working out.
