this is bullshit, there are over 40 different plant species that are ephedra and only ones with ephedrine has the fat burning properties, unless this product shown above has been stored away since 2004 when real ephedra dietpills were sold that actually worked its bullshit, go to wallgreens and buy there generic bronkaid or primatene tablets with 12.5 mg per pill of actually EPHEDRINE HCL , and NO DOZE caffeine pills with 200mg and ur all set, a real eca stack only cost 15 bucks total

Ephedra is a drug as in it isnt a healty one, cafiene , and the natural typ that comes in the form of guarana are oké in surten amounts... Maximum is around the 200 mg of cafiene every 4 hours, not more! Because if too much is ingested it can be deadly
