They've already been convicted before. What can be done to stop them? Educate the public. $300 handed over in a parking lot? Gee what a frickin' red flag that is!!

Why hasn't the SPCA got a court injunction of some kind to stop Benoit from selling puppies??? What are they waiting for? They ban others with lesser crimes from even owning dogs!

@franyafranya It all comes down to technicalities from the last case. Because the dogs were comissioned animals they actually did not " own them " .... But that injuction will come soon, after the trail for all the dead dogs they sold almost 2 years ago.
