Violin. Intonation and the position of your bow during the fast part. Your near the tip and you might wanna move a bit near the middle to get more power. At the tip the sound is a bit weak.

lawlawlawl, you can't compare the violin and piano against each other. the piano is mostly the accompaniment for the violin LOL. in music like this, the violin almost ALWAYS drowns out the piano due to its sharp and high tonal pitch so no shit you can hear the violin so well. but this guy sucked in my opinion, and the piano part is too easy. w/e, they had the balls to upload this shit on youtube, i give them props for that

Is the piano more difficult to master than the violin?

both are equally difficult to master. I would strongly recommend the guitar if you require speed learning. Violin takes a long time even just to get it started without producing the cracking noise....

it took me about 6 months to stop making that cracking/scratchy noise on my viola. i just started playing the violin and even tho its similar to the viola i still make that cracking noise unlike when i play the viola which is strange. =_= i'd say the piano is much easier than the violin

My brother once told me violin is the hardest instrument though.

So maybe the piano is less difficult than the violin. But it still takes time.

Actually, to be honest, the violin is one of the hardest intruments. The piano is easier to play. However, if your finger is short, i guess the violin is the instrument you would like to play.
