anybody who knows that venue can tell she or anybody breathing eager as if they air is extra fresh and precious (part of the mama experience that aint by any means a birthright yet i regret and confess (blame myself for, nobody else in sight smart enough to even begin to tie it all together.. prob is, it goes better and faster in my head even as less and less even get to hear me, never mind want to hear ...) knows that she is totally faking that bit. Or she's got totally transformative memories.
In 7 days it will be one year that my husband decided to leave me after 11 years. I leaned on drugs after 18 years of being clean.. tried to commit suicide 5 times, battled my mama, myself and my demons. I ended up in the loonie bin... my mother always there. Always telling me the same words in this song. I will be giving this song to my mother on my one year. Because ironically I have "fly free" on my arm tattoo but hearing her say "holding onto anger won't make you fly". I want to fly. ty mama
God when will she get help? I've waited since 1993.
