Gahaha, yeah, my GameBoy met the wall a few times because of that one. Retarded respawn point placement, half the rooms are spike walls and floors, and a hall filled with like four of that damn first boss, with no powerups in sight. If you die before you reach Drac, you might as well give up.

This game had awesome music, especially for GB. I'd love to hear these themes (epecially stage 1 and stage 3's music) updated!

you're right man, totally right! stage 1 is damn good too, i always wanted to play it on piano but it's boringly hard. anyway im happy im not the only one to love these songs. they deserve to be performed by some professional band or put in a new castlevania. too bad they're so unknown!
