As for your other statement, how do you not remember Reagan's "Are you better off today, than you were four years ago?", he literally ran for reelection on the platform of shitting on his predecessor. It doesn't just stop at that, some of the quotes are classic, and Reagan isn't the only example.

Knowing nothing about my educational background you make such breathtakingly unfounded assertions. I operate rationally which is more then I can say about you. If the surgeon general, the republican Governor of Hawaii and John McCain (has no reason to lie for him) all say that he is unequivocally a US citizen how is it that you, who has far less access and information on the matter qualified to say otherwise.
