  • not good you could hurt ur self

  • man, i wish i was that good....

  • yeah that was a "total fail", NOT. you just want people to be like "holy shit youre great!"

  • Amazing. I can't front tumble worth shiz.

  • Stick. Your. Landings!!!!! Ugh, you're such a male :P

(I watched your other recent vid too, you're always stepping, it irritates me lol)

  • your tumbling is amazing.

  • GOOD JOB! I'm around tumblers all the time and they do not have the closest of strength you do.

  • You make it look effort less:) Muy bueno

  • yeahhhhh!!!!!! :)

  • Wow! You're incredible, and I was wondering if you could give me tips on connecting tumbling?

  • I wish I could. I'm not very good at connections myself.

  • @DrAlexisOlson what is a whip?

  • You're so awesome your fails are wins, lol

  • As amazing as your round off back fulls and stuff were, I was particularly spell bound by your front handspring front layout frontfull combination. Those were so clean, and he power was awesome. I have a hand spring walk out, but when I try hand spring frontflip I can't seem to get the punch required.

Anyway, great video, and great tumling passes.

  • Thanks man! The front handspring front layout is all about technique. If you do it right, you just bounce out of the front handspring right into the layout with little effort.

The key is to be extended when you land. Make sure you are keeping your shoulder angle open and not bringing the head forward out of the handspring. Having decent shoulder flexibility helps quite a bit.

  • cool

    some pretty good skills here^^

  • yea ur whips arent really whips and again the problem lies within ur roundoff... ur landing with ur feet behind ur shoulders giving u more of a block than what you'd want for a backhandspring or in this case, a whip back... u gota snap the feet in to make the whip low n long... more than less a high backhandspring... my last yr as a 10 i competed some of these... what level are you training for

  • Not really a particular level. I'm on our university club team. We compete in the NAIGC. The rules are similar to NCAA but not exactly the same.

  • I like it.

  • Sweet! Your form is near perfect in most of these, although your whips look a little high. The 1 1/2 to front half was really good, you should try it to front full :)

  • Thanks. You are right about the whips. I've just started working them again recently.

That third pass was going to be a 1 1/2 to front full, but I over rotated the 1 1/2.

I'd like to start my routine round off, whip, 1 1/2, front full, but it will probably be a while before I get that down consistently.

  • Yeah, but when you do, that will be an awesome pass, and I hope you're gonna start competing that double full, I've almost got mine although its more like 1 3/4 at the moment.

  • I'm pretty sure I'll compete the double full. I've been doing it pretty consistently (still having a hard time sticking it though) and I still have until January before competitions start. The only thing is that I'm planning to dismount with it. I don't know if I'll be able to do it very well at the end of a routine when I'm tired. I guess I should start working on my endurance by doing four or five consecutive passes.

  • Good stuff, I'm sure you will be ok to do it!! :)

  • That's odd. YouTube seems to be chopping off the last half second or so to put up related videos.

  • There was a time when I could do that.

  • Nice. Got any footage or was that back before cameras existed?

  • Actually, yes, it WAS before video cameras were invented.
