Just back from Vienna (for the second time already). I think the problem in Prater is, these attractions are absolutely crazy or boring. Nothing between that. But if you are there, you must go to the giant wheel. It costs 8 €, but it's amazing.

die Glocke (=The Bell): it is very cheap with its 2.50€ and its really really amazing.

circus hoppala is nothing for lil children, coz there you go backards with your head down and then one meter above the ground and so on..costs also only 2.50€ and its directly next to the bell

megablitz and super 8erbahn are very very fast and cool, but a expensive, 3.50-4€, and short fun.

extasy is very fast but nothing for weak stomaches XD

i live in vienna and i went on almost every "rollercoaster" and so on.

these are the best ones:

spaceshot (expensive, 5€, not horrific but there is a very nice view on the city for the few seconds u r in the air (= )

discovery: this is the very best one which aint too expensive and really really cool.
