isiah thomas's thomas plan is smarest thing I ever heard. Lot of young prep-to-pro players end up being busts simply because jump from High Shool to NBA is to great and because their body is simply not developed enough to endure chalanges of 82 game season. Think Tyson Chandler. He just recently started playing up to his potential, after 10 injury-ridled years in the league. Greg Oden might be another example.

It turned out Garnett didn't need that, but nice idea anyways.
