i use the cpx b/c it fits my head the best and i like how low the visor comes down to block the sun a bit . the cheaper price is also a plus , ive worn and played with both , and i think a lot of people are swayed towards the pro 7 bc the pros wear them , but the cpxr is just as good of a helmet . the cpxr is also a lot easier to adjust which is another plus
