I have the same year 2000 Firebird Formula.It's automatic and I have the majority of the free mods + SLP/k&n lid,Magnaflow exhaust,SSRA intake and custom Predator tune and the same tires as you. Timed it at 4.9 secs 0-60 with g-tech ...next up is long tube headers,ls6 intake and some weight reductions i'll be happy with a 4.5 0-60

I personally think thats a great time, but the vehicle itself needs a better throttle response, and ALLOWANCE for air....You can get lots of cold air from many different ways, K&N Cold Air Intake, SLP, JBM, but personally after customizing the initial air intake curved moveable plastic circular piece into a heat resistant metallic lining (like what K&N or JBM) offers, adding a full sized filter, cutting it then adding heat resistant tape and super glue and piping that to the fender wall
