In my experience though, the majority of Mormons are hard working people with good morals and strong families. It's all a real good story and that is all it ever will be. Two missionaries molested my sister and the Bishop did nothing.

One person's mistake is not reflective of the whole church.

Also, the Bishop can't really do anything to prevent a child abuse. I'm not saying he shouldn't have said anything if he knew, but as far as I know if they hear of something like this happening they say "Report this to the police or CPS, because I can't do anything to stop it."

Could be alot of Tithing money going to abuse victims if this proves true . Religions are all the same .They like to look clean on the outside and ignore the ugly realities within . thank goodness its only a minority of sick and twisted people and most people are Saints.

I find it quite strange that the church doesn't have to report child abuse in Washington... but I also think that this report was framed it a somewhat biased manner...
