It's a inversion where basically you climb up a hill and twists 360 degrees and coming down. It's also called a Zero-G-Roll sense it's basically made to make the rides experience weightlessness (0G) while doing a 360 roll through the ride.

On Raptor it's right after the loop.

It's been several years since I had the chance to go to Cedar Point, but I remember there luckily being almost no line for the Raptor so I got to go on it something like 7 times in a row----- I think it's my favorite ride there because I remember it's so smooth compared to a lot of other coasters. You don't feel like you're being battered.

@RoxyandAly Yes. Roller Coasters look scary, they really aren't. Ride the Gemini first, then the Maverick(Best ride at Cedar Point, hands down). Then, ride this if you like going upside down. Then, the Magnum. Then, the Millennium Force. Then the Dragster(Which looks ONE THOUSAND times scarier than it is. It goes so fast, you do not even know how high you are. The whole thing is a blur). Have fun!

Halloweekends is a good time to ride this because they only run two trains and there is no brakes on the halfway point. So you screams though the second half of the ride.

The only reason the brakes don't fire is because the train goes slower during Halloweekends due the wheels being colder than usual. So really, you're either going the same speed or less than compared to the summer during the second part.
