This looks like an awesome kit and a great building experience!

But I was turned off by some of the lame finishes on the kit. No doubt u spent over $500USD for this but finishes like a fully chrome exhaust system ( I don't recall any car having one) would cause ppl to comment things like "oh yeah, I just bought my son one of those at Costco for $20, but it's smaller..."

You could always paint it and trim it yourself, but with a kit this detailed, intricate and expensive, you'd think they wou

I've build this exact model here in Brazil, looks nice but it has a bunch of parts that doesn't align or fit, you end up with a dozen screws (or more), a bunch of labels that you doesn't know where to place, I had to re-paint some parts, user power tools to drill holes or "adjust" parts, It doesn't worth the price you pay for this junk.

The model is distributed by "De Agostini" and produced by Grani & Partners.
