@ayeayeish Does it matter really? ^^ Since you don't care about religion its just to listen to the music. The only difference is that the lyrics is reflected by their christian faith, and by naming it christian metalcore they make sure people know what they stand for.

Over 5 years of avid listening to metal(core), and this is still my favorite song. I saw them live 4 years ago, and that is still the best show I've ever been to.

These guys are amazing! I saw them in concert a few years ago and at first was a little put out about the constant screaming, but they (in my opinion) were the best band out of the other four playing and they grew on me. It also moved me that they stood up and talked about their faith when I'm willing to bet only a handful of other people at the concert were Christian. This was my favorite song by them, until I heard Collapse. :D Love the part where he just sings and ends in the scream.

lol there's the metalcore band called Guard Your Steps...they're not together anymore but they did a song called Gravity that sounds like Creed just as a joke.
There are a lot of Christian metal bands ('core and extreme/death/technical) but you rarely hear of them, because they're either underground or from Sweden.

I don't understand why people flip out about Christian bands bein Christian bands. Secular bands sing about secular topics so Christian bands have the right to sing about Christian topics. If you don't like it then don't support their music. It's not a huge deal to them. They've got enough fans to where you honestly don't make that much of a difference.

I recently seen AILD live and told an old fella at work I was going to go see them and he asked me what they were like, and I said they were a Christian metal band, he replied with "I don't understand how a group of Christians can make music of satan" I replied with "You obviously don't know much about music"

Enjoy it. Respect it. Personally I this this band is kinda suckish but fuck at least they're trying. Religion and music are two different things. JUST FUCKING LISTEN TO IT. These guys are amazing! I saw them in concert a few years ago and at first was a little put out about the constant screaming, but they (in my opinion) were the best band out of the other four playing and they grew on me. It also moved me that they stood up and talked about their faith when I'm willing to bet only a handful of other people at the concert were Christian. This was my favorite song by them, until I heard Collapse. :D Love the part where he just sings and ends in the scream.

lol there's the metalcore band called Guard Your Steps...they're not together anymore but they did a song called Gravity that sounds like Creed just as a joke.
There are a lot of Christian metal bands ('core and extreme/death/technical) but you rarely hear of them, because they're either underground or from Sweden.

its funny how people who arent cristian feel we dont deserve a few bands for ourselves also. If you arent cristian no big deal, but this if for cristians, thats why they made it. complaining wont make us worship satan or make us belive he doesnt exist. its a matter of opinnion at this point, there is no evedince to say god does exist but there is none to say he doesnt at all at the same time. we can keep arguing or we can try to see what we have in common, maybe a love for music?
